Welcome Spring! I hear it’s still cold out there in Utah, but next week looks a little warmer so it’s shooting time! I will be shooting in Utah
March 30th–April 16th.

Happy Mothers Day!
Can you believe it’s already here? I am doing some FREE sessions as a Mothers Day Special. Have a session on me and enjoy some of our fun new products. Check out my blog for a few more details.

I truly appreciate the time I have been able to spend with so many amazing mothers. I know that my travel schedule isn’t always ideal, and I want you to know that I appreciate and enjoy all of you.

Happy Mothers Day from me!

Take care and I’ll see you soon,

Camilynne

A few days ago I was feeding Jane and Jack some peaches. I started telling Jane about how much I LOVE peaches in Utah in the fall. I told her that when we go to Utah this fall we are going to eat corn and peaches from roadside stands all day! I got so excited I could almost smell the crisp fall air and even started tearing up…ridiculous, I know. Needless to say, I am excited for more than just the peaches. Fall photos are my favorite.

Whether you want fun fall colors, a funky urban look, or a timeless black and white, it will be a great shoot. I will be in Utah SEPTEMBER 22-OCT 9. I hope to see you then!

These fun new design boards are a bright spot in any room.

And I am still in love with the beautiful canvas Gallery Wraps.

Fall colors are beautiful and timeless.

I love watching families grow. Recently I came across a younger and more recent photo of this cutie and it brought back many good memories. Thank you all!

Check out the newly released album of this talented Singer/Songwriter Mindy Gledhill. The Songs are amazing - such a fun and unique style.

And, last, but not least, here are a few fun photos of Jack and Jane playing in daddy's "Cruiser".

March 2010

The time has come again. We (and yes, I mean Jane, Jack, and I) will be in Utah, March 17th-29th. I am so excited about coming again to shoot. This last break from Utah has been too long and I’m itching to get some great shots out there. In September we were very blessed to have had sweet baby Jack born into our family. He is a chunk compared to our little Jane, but he is a pleasure and melts my heart over and over again. Jane will be three by the time we are in Utah and she is a riot. She keeps us laughing with everything she says, and her infatuations are Princesses, fish, and the 'skateboard' she rides with her dad (pictured in the photo below). This year I should be resuming our regular schedule of coming out in March, June, and then September/October for fall portrait sessions. I'm looking forward to a great year!

In March I will be shooting inside and outside, as always, and I will also be doing two days of mini sessions. This is new for me, but I am so excited.

On Saturday, March 20th I will be shooting Sledding Sessions from 1:00-3:00 up Provo Canyon! Of course this is dependent on snow conditions, but I love sledding shots, and what a good excuse to take photos in the snow. The hill I have in mind is a small hill, so you can get a bunch of runs in, and it looks great in photos. These sessions are great for big and little kids alike – even a family. I will provide one black tube, but you are welcome to bring any sledding equipment that you have. The sessions are 15 min and $40 (you will be surprised at how many runs you can sled in 15 min). If you would like a disk with at least 10 edited images on it the fee is $100. Call or email to get put on the list and we will confirm the conditions a week before the shoot. Come and have fun in the snow!

Tuesday, March 23rd we will be doing mini portrait sessions indoors. These are 20 min per child. I love the clean classic look that natural light lends itself to. These photos are priceless. The session fee is $50, or for $150 you receive the sitting and a disk with 5 retouched images of your choice. The images you receive on a disk are beautiful files to be printed up to an 8x10 portrait size.

One last housekeeping thing to mention. As I have moved it has become increasingly difficult to store all of my shoots from the last 10 years. Many photographers offer only one time ordering and then the files are not available anymore, but I have been a little bit of a ‘pack rat’ and should still have your files if I have ever shot for you. On this trip in March I will be purging my files, so here is the offer:

Wedding negatives are usually $250 one year after you receive your album. From now until the end of March your negatives will be available for $150 if you have already received your wedding album. I can no longer guarantee that I will have your negatives or disk after March so take advantage of this offer while you can.

Also, family sessions that were shot before 2008, and have had an order placed on that shoot, are available for $100. These are great for family archives and you will have a copyright release so you can print from the disk or negative. If you have multiple sessions before 2008 contact me and we will discuss a package price. Again, I cannot guarantee that I will have these files after March.

So, again, I am so excited to see everyone at a mini shoot, your portrait session, and picking up your negatives…or even out to lunch!

Talk to you soon,

Camilynne
